Paula Pifarré López, PhD
Paula Pifarré López is a multidisciplinary scientist and academic leader with more than 20 years of experience in regenerative medicine, skin immunology, and molecular biology. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Cum Laude) from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has developed an international career bridging advanced scientific research with clinical and educational innovation. Currently serving as Scientific Director at both EIMEC – International School of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery and Mediczen Global, she leads scientific strategy, research development, and the creation of cutting-edge regenerative protocols, including the development of biomimetic peptides such as CAP Peptide 5 and the Luxfaciem methodology. Her career includes nearly two decades as a university professor at UAB and Escuelas Gimbernat, where she taught physiology, biochemistry, and statistics while supervising numerous research projects. Additionally, she managed large-scale initiatives as General Project Manager at the CRG Genomic Research Center, coordinating scientific programs, budgets, equipment evaluation, and training activities. She is an active international speaker, frequently presenting at congresses focused on aesthetic medicine, biomimetic peptides, and anti-aging science.
